About Mieses Travels

I’m a full-time special education teacher with a full-time love for travel. While I spend my days in the classroom supporting amazing students with special needs, every school break is an opportunity for me to explore somewhere new — whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a backpacking trip across Europe.

Traveling is more than just a hobby for me — it’s a way to truly connect with different cultures. As a teacher, I interact with students from all around the world, but stepping into their countries, trying the food, hearing the languages, and walking their streets brings everything to life in the most incredible way.

When I’m not planning my next trip, you’ll usually find me working out or  trying out one of the many bakeries in NYC   (two passions that balance each other out pretty well!).
